Restart Dubai

introduction

This was Dubai’s first major LIVE IN-PERSON business event as we steadily resume economic, social and tourism activities. On this momentous occasion, we celebrate UAE’s resolute Ai efforts in this historic pandemic and the accelerated impetus to restart Dubai’s travel and tourism safely in the past weeks.

The objective of this one day event was to show that we are ready to restart events and restart Dubai and also helped showcase how DWTC launches events given the current crisis and scenario.

During its 2019 launch, Ai Everything delivered more hours of on-stage content and more world-renowned speakers than any other AI platform globally, earning its reputation as the single most comprehensive AI event on the map today.

Scope of Work

Besides the obvious points to be covered during an exhibition event or conference, new elements joined our To Do list. The Health & Safety instructions from the organizers were intense and multiple pages long, making sure to provide a safe environment for everyone in every aspect during these pandemic times. And of course it is important to highlight these safety measurements and avoid crowded images.

Personal NOTES

There is no question that working hard and moving around with gear and a face mask on and constant social distancing in mind is something rather new to get used to at first.

Instead of capturing busy aisles it was our task to show a safe event is possible by presenting visitors spread out over a wide open space, conference delegates were seated safely apart from each other, etc. Strong visual communication played yet again a vital role to convey the right message to the audience at large.

But in all honesty, participants were so super excited and curious of what the first event is going to look like, how does it feel, what does it take to pull that off and what is the response from the audience. Kudos to DWTC and everyone involved for doing an amazing job setting up such a great restart milestone event.
