TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you agree to comply with all the guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies, and instructions pertaining to the purchase of products through the website.
You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Photography Martin Pfeiffer retains the right to refuse any request made by you and reserves the right to close your account at its sole discretion.
customer contract
1.1 Orders shall be subject to PHOTOGRAPHY MARTIN PFEIFFER’S acceptance in its sole discretion and each order accepted shall constitute a separate contract. You acknowledge that unless you receive a confirmation e-mail from Photography Martin Pfeiffer confirming your order. A contract between parties for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until payment has been confirmed.
pricing
2.1 The accuracy of descriptions and prices is carefully guaranteed but errors may be inevitable. If such errors occur and discrepancies are found after ordering dissimilar to our posted price, the buyer shall be informed as soon as possible, and the buyer shall be given such options:

l Cancel the order
PAYMENT
3.1 You may pay for the order using any valid credit or debit card. We can prescribe other payment methods from time to time with our sole discretion. When you place an order, the actual payment will be only charged upon the confirmation of your order and formation of a Customer Contract.
3.2 If payment of the price or any part thereof is not made by the due date, Photography Martin Pfeiffer shall be permitted to impose payment in advance of delivery relative to any products not earlier dispatched, and to refuse to make delivery of any unsent goods without incurring any obligation customer for any delay in delivery
WARRANTY
4.1 Subject to our return policy and the Limited Product Warranty, PHOTOGRAPHY MARTIN PFEIFFER’s obligation, and client’s exclusive remedy, for any defect or nonconformity in the product after 7 days from the delivery shall be to cooperate with the client to provide it with the benefit, if any, of the warranty and support commitment of the third-party manufacturers and suppliers of the product.
DELIVERY
5.1 Your items are shipped as they become available. Your orders will be consolidated into the fewest number of deliveries possible (if there are more than 1 item in the order). This may take longer to deliver depending on product completion.
5.2 Delivery of orders shall be made at the address stated and the date required by the client. Shipping and packing rates are not included in the product prices. Rates may vary depending on the products’ specifications and delivery locations.
5.3 All delivery time frames given are estimates only and delays can occur. If the delivery of your product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly via e-mail or through your contact number listed on your order.
5.4 All orders must be signed for on arrival. On arrival, the item should be checked by the customer to ensure it is delivered in good condition. All of our items undergo a thorough quality inspection to guarantee that our products are free of potential damages.
5.5 Our product quality assessment process includes the following:
| Manual inspection for the product which includes checking for potential damages and quality check of materials used for the product
| Hand-packing of the product for delivery
| Personal delivery to the customer to ensure that the product is safe and secured
| Care instructions for the prints are included in the package. You can also view the care instructions online.
refunds / defects / return of goods
6.1 PHOTOGRAPHY MARTIN PFEIFFER will not refund any payment or accept any returns for Custom Order Products.
6.2 If the order arrives at the Client in a damaged state, the Client is required to notify the delivery agent and Photography Martin Pfeiffer within 24 hours in writing inclusive of photo or video evidence of the damage to the order and associated packaging to verify. Failure to comply with this request and time frame will void the seller’s obligations.
6.3 The Client shall inspect the order upon delivery and within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery shall notify PHOTOGRAPHY MARTIN PFEIFFER in writing of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage, or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Client shall afford the Seller an opportunity to inspect the order within a reasonable time following delivery. If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions the order shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site, brands, models, images, texts, photos, logos, graphic charters, software and programmes, search engines, databases, sounds, videos, domain names, design, and any other content available on the Site, although this list is not exhaustive, are the exclusive property of PHOTOGRAPHY MARTIN PFEIFFER and are protected by the provisions of the copyright law, trademark laws, patent law and any other right of intellectual or industrial property in force. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. The User must seek the prior approval of PHOTOGRAPHY MARTIN PFEIFFER for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents from the Site.
